What is Personal Training?
Personal Training is the best tool to maximize your results and minimize your risk of injury. Your Trainer will design a personalized based program on your specific fitness goals and the activities you enjoy, whether it be weight loss, training for your first 5K, or simply to look and feel the best you can. Our Personal Trainers are certified through Nationally Accredited Associations, and the quality of our personal service sets The Lexington Fitness Club apart from any other facility.
What is a Session Like?
We offer 1 hour and 1/2 hour sessions. We also offer small group sessions for up to 4 people. The first meeting is devoted to assesssing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you'll spend time working one-on-one with "YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER" to achieve your personal fitness goals. Please remember, YOUR PERSONAL TRAINER will get to know you or your group. At many "personal training" facilities you get the trainer who is working at the time of your appointment. Here, you will always get the trainer who knows you best!
